Eggs here, Eggs there, Eggs everywhere

When the chickens are laying they are truly laying eggs for everyone. They had a goal, and they met the goal...

So this means it's time for the road side stand, some cute egg cartons, a few stamps for the cartons and lots of visitors around the stand.

How many things can you do with Eggs....I ask myself this all the time how else can we use eggs? Chicken Bacon Avocado Egg salad...yes its amazing! 

We have water canned in the winter when we were worried the ladies would slow down on the laying, but that slow down has not happened.
