Small-town girl turned country soul who somehow convinced herself (and my husband, Jeremy) that farm life was the dream—and honestly, I was right. When the pandemic hit, it slowed us down just enough to realize how much we love this life: dirt under our nails, food we grow ourselves, and raising our boys to appreciate both the joy and the hard work that comes with living on the farm.

I’m the one with the wild ideas—the “what if we tried this?” person.

I’m the one who genuinely loves mowing the lawn, just me, my music, and a little peace and quiet.

And I’m definitely the fair-weather farmer… happily doing chores in the sunshine and complaining all winter long when the cold rolls in.
